System of registering of entry-exit of transport from the territory of SCARpark (hereunder System SCARpark) is meant for organizing of access of cars into the territory with restricted access. Access is granted upon presenting card of access that is a non-contact card of Mifare® 1 standard. For identification of owner of the card the identification data of owner (Name, Surname, Father’s Name, year of birth) and car (state number, model) are entered in it. For restricting the access there are used automatic barriers of CAME company working under automatic control of controllers providing opening for passing with cards or in case of command from guard with control panel (passage of emergency transport, etc.).

• organizing access of auto transport into the territory upon presentation of card of access (non-contact card);

• organizing of registration of access into the territory.

      The system of registration of passage SCARpark consists of the following:

• controller of barrier а SCARpark Barrier Controller;
• barrier (company CAME);
• entry/exit terminal SCARpark Barrier Terminal;
• control panel SCARpark Guard Console;
• converter Ethernet/RS-485 SCARgate;
• terminal of registration of cards SCARcard;
• terminal of control of access of doors SCARpark Door Terminal;
• software.

Barrier G4000 of the company CAME. Length of boom is till 4 meters, automatic control of passage with the help of photo-sensors. Power backup.

SCARpark Barrier Controller is a device meant for controlling the barrier. For providing registration and storage of black list in controller there is envisaged a nonvolatile memory (EEPROM). Controller is made as a stationary device with line dc supply 12/24 В or from accumulator of barrier. Controller is installed inside rack of barrier and has communication and supply lines with terminals: entry and exit, control panel and barrier. For collecting data for registration there is a possibility of connection of interface RS-485.

      Controller consists of the following parts:

• docking station with central processor;
• cluster for indication;
• interface unit with terminals;
• interface unit with control panel ;
• interface unit with barrier ;
• interface unit RS-485 with converter (optionally).

Terminal SCARpark Barrier Terminal is equipment meant for checking of card of access and giving a command for opening a barrier. Terminal is made in non-volatile case at the rack with line supply 12/24 В (from controller of barrier).

    Terminal consists of the following parts:

• docking station with central processor;
• station of liquid-crystal display (with inside lights);
• station of light-emitting panel;
• station of reader of non-contact cards;
• station of interface of connection with controller of barrier;
• station of connection with the guard (button of switching on of microphone and microphone with loudspeaker);
• power supply unit (external);
• non-volatile carcass with a rack.

Terminal SCARpark Barrier Terminal transmits data about the client to the controller of barrier.

Control panel is a device meant for controlling actions by the guard. Commands of control panel for opening or closing of barrier has a priority over those which were given from terminals. Control panel is made as a stationary device with stationary line supply (220 В , 50 Hz) of alternating current. For indicator of SCARpark Guard Console there is displayed information about the client. Control panel SCARpark Guard Console helps to control modes of controllers of barriers, open and close barrier (garage gates) manually. There is a possibility of voice connection with a client (terminal).

      Control panel consists of the following parts:

• docking station with central processor;
• station of liquid-crystal display (with inside lights);
• station of light-emitting panel;
• station of keyboard;
• station of interface of connection with controller of barrier;
• station of connection with the terminals (button of switching on of microphone and microphone with loudspeaker);
• power supply unit (external).

Besides, system of registration of passage SCARpark helps to organize access into parking through doors with the help of electric and mechanical locks and latches.

Information is collected automatically by server of collection of data and is entered in database. As a SCD there is used Interbase. For viewing status and other information there is workstation (АWP) SCARpark Dispatcher as a part of the system.

SCARpark Dispatcher gives the possibility: to view transactions (entries/exits) of clients for every date; to view current state of cars by safety zones.

For registration of cards of clients there is such part of the system as AWPSCARpark CardWriter.

SCARpark CardWriter gives possibility: to register and re-register cards of clients; to view history of registration/re-registration of cards of clients.
