Description.
|
The system of check and control for SCARaccess is assigned to provide the access control to the room, control of access rights to the room, аs well as control and tracking of working time. The pass is a contactless card in standard Mifare 1 (pass for personnel) and in standard Mifare Ultra Light (for customers). The system enables to serve up to 1000 access controllers. Each access controller serves up to 2 card readers (one is built in and the other-additional), programmed as input or output. The access controllers provide servicing of video cameras with analog output (via video adapter) to provide video control (snapshot in case of the request to enter or to leave). The system SCARaccess could be incorporated into intrusion alarm system SCARalarm. |

Purpose of the system SCARaccess.
|
- Tracking of enterprise employers with the issue (record) of pass – access card.
- Tracking of enterprise rooms with limited access.
- Administration of every employee access to the rooms with limited access (due to categories, time, days of the week).
- To provide operation modes – usual, under security (closed access), emergency/free (free access).
- Tracking of enterprise employers’ presence in the territory of enterprise.
- Tracking of entrance/leave events with the result identification (successful, access denied) and the possibility to keep the snapshot of the user (by video camera).

Access controller SCARaccess Controller.
|
It is available in two versions – with built in reader of contactless cards and without it. In the second version the controller is assigned for secret installation and includes an additional no-break power block.
Access controller SCARaccess Controller is assigned for interrogation of built in contactless cards’ reader (optional), and built in contactless cards’ reader (optional), а s well as additional reader SCARaccess Reader, check of access rights and production of command to executive mechanism (electro-mechanical lock).
Additional reader SCARaccess Reader is programmed in SCARaccess Controller as an input (with check of rights) or as an output (without or with check of rights). Each controller serves one access zone – one room . Each room is assigned with the access right to enter (entrance/exit) for operational modes:
- usual ;
- under security ;
- emergency ;
- free.
Video controller SCARaccess VideoCam Controller could be connected to the controller SCARaccess Controller for operation with video cams. The data exchange with converter and video controllers performs with the use of minutes RS-485.
Controller has the following specific features:
- interface for connection of the remote contactless cards’ reader;
- flexible access programming ;
- access due to category, white- or black-list;
- digital interface RS-485 for cooperation with cam converter and SCARaccess VideoCam Controller;
- rapid change over to the mode “free” access for holding talks etc.

Contactless cards’ reader SCARaccess Reader.

Contactless cards’ reader SCARaccess Reader is assigned for reading of contactless cards and transfer of the read information to SCARaccess Controller.
Reading of contactless cards performs over radio interface with the operating frequency of cooperation 13.56 MHz. maximum reading distance is 5 mm.
Data exchange from SCARaccess Controller performs with the use of internal linear minutes.
Reader has the following specific features:
- interface for connection with door controller;
- eader of contactless cards of standard Mifare ®.

Video controller of cam SCARaccess VideoCam Controller.
|
It is assigned to receive an analog signal from video cam, digital conversion, fixation and transfer of the picture to the server. Video controller receives from video cam CVBS-composed video signal. О ne controller serves 6 video cams.
Data exchange from SCARaccess Controller and with converter (connection with server) performs with the use of minutes RS-485.
Video controller of cam has the following specific features:
- digital interface RS-485 for cooperation with converter and SCARaccess Controller;
- 6 analog inputs for cams’ connection.

Converter SCARgate Ethernet-RS485.

It is assigned to convert digital interface RS-485 to network interface Ethernet for connection of SCARaccess Controller, SCARaccess VideoCam Controller with the server of the system.
Data exchange from SCARaccess Controller, SCARaccess VideoCam Controller performs with the use of minutes RS-485. Data exchange from server performs with the use of minutes TCP/IP.
Converter has the following specific features:
- from one to eight digital interface for connection of controllers (32 controllers each);
- interface for connection of the network Internet.

Program modules.

Server of the system – application for ОS Windows , providing collection of statistics from controllers. As the control system of data base it uses Oracle 9i and higher.
АWP modules are applications for ОS Windows.
АWP of administration:
- tracking of user’s lists;
- tracking of АWP’s lists;
- revision of user’s work’s logs;
- assignment of user’s access rights.
АWP of staff department:
- tracking of organizations’ list;
- tracking of departments’ list;
- tracking of employees’ list;
- determination of daily routines;
- revision of events of entrance/leave;
- determination of presence time in the territory/working place;
- time-boarding of working time;
- recording and re-recording of cards;
- assignment of card to the black-list.
АWP of monitoring :
- adjustment of rooms’ geometry;
- monitoring of rooms’ situation .
